- It is included with a Carb Theory corporate meal plan at no additional cost. We do not sell it as standalone software.
- Do employees need to install anything?
- No. Employees open the platform in their browser, sign up with their email and set their meal preferences. No app installation is needed.
- Can HR and managers see what the team is ordering?
- Yes. Admins and managers get a view of the team, the day's orders and the headcount behind them, which is what the 15-day invoice is raised against.
- Can employees pay for their own meals?
- Yes. Company-paid, employee-paid and subsidised arrangements are all supported. Tell us how you want it split and we will set it up that way.
- How long does it take to set up?
- Each employee signs up with their email, sets their meal preferences and logs in. This takes about one minute per employee. The time to onboard the entire team depends on the number of employees and how quickly they complete signup. Employees handle their own setup, so HR does not need to create accounts or set preferences for them. HR has a separate dashboard to see who has signed up and notify employees who have not yet joined.
