Meal management · Bangalore

Corporate meal management, without the morning headcount message.

Every Carb Theory corporate plan comes with our own ordering platform: employees choose their meals and add-ons, and HR, admins and managers manage the team and track orders in one place.

Employees order their own meals

Each person picks from the day's menu themselves, instead of one admin collecting preferences over chat every morning.

Add-ons on the same order

Snacks, beverages and desserts can be added alongside a meal, so extras do not turn into a separate order and a separate invoice line to chase.

One view for HR and admins

See who is on the plan, what has been ordered for the day and what the headcount looks like, without pulling it together from messages and spreadsheets.

Manage the team in one place

Add people when they join, remove them when they leave, and adjust who is on which plan as the team changes.

Order records you can check

A running record of what was ordered and delivered, so a query about a particular day has an answer rather than an argument.

Billing that reconciles

Our 15-day invoice is raised against the meals actually delivered, and the same records sit behind it for your finance team to check.

Is the platform included, or priced separately?
It is included with a Carb Theory corporate meal plan at no additional cost. We do not sell it as standalone software.
Do employees need to install anything?
No. Your team gets access through a link and signs in with the details we set up. Nothing has to go through IT or an app store.
Can HR and managers see what the team is ordering?
Yes. Admins and managers get a view of the team, the day's orders and the headcount behind them, which is what the 15-day invoice is raised against.
Can employees pay for their own meals?
Yes. Company-paid, employee-paid and subsidised arrangements are all supported. Tell us how you want it split and we will set it up that way.
How long does it take to set up?
We set it up as part of onboarding your plan, usually within a few working days of confirming your team list. Most offices start with a one-week trial before the full rollout.
