- What is the minimum order for corporate meals in Bangalore?
- Ten meals a day. That applies whether you order lunch, dinner or both, and it is a daily minimum rather than a contract size — a team of ten can start on the same terms as a team of three hundred.
- What decides the per-meal price?
- The menu tier you pick, the daily headcount and whether you are on lunch, dinner or a combo. Larger daily counts move the per-meal price down. Event catering is quoted per guest instead, because the format changes what it costs to serve.
- Are there setup fees or a lock-in period?
- No onboarding charge and no minimum contract length — you can stop at the end of any week. The one exception is high-volume accounts: above 100 boxes a day we ask for one month's notice, because we hire and equip specifically for that volume.
- Can we change the headcount from day to day?
- Yes. Send us the count by the previous evening and we cook to it. Koramangala offices can add a same-day top-up until 11 a.m. because they sit earliest on our delivery schedule.
- How does billing work, and do you provide GST invoices?
- We bill on a 15-day cycle against the meals actually delivered, with a consolidated GST invoice for your finance team. We support company-paid, employee-paid and subsidised models, and we can put a formal agreement in place if your procurement team needs one.
- Do prices include delivery?
- Delivery is charged separately, between ₹100 and ₹300 per delivery to a single location, depending on the order quantity and the distance from our kitchen. For nearby offices on a minimum order we usually waive it. We deliver with our own fleet, so there is no aggregator commission on top.
- Are add-ons included in the meal price?
- No. Snacks, beverages and desserts are charged on top of the meal price, per item ordered. Teams usually add them for meeting days or as a standing afternoon order.
- Is there a notice period for large orders?
- For a single company ordering more than 100 boxes a day we ask for one month's notice before starting or stopping. At that volume we hire and equip specifically for your account, so the lead time protects both sides.
- Can we try the food before committing?
- Yes. We offer a one-week trial so your team can eat through a full menu rotation and check delivery timing before committing to a plan.
