- What does Carb Theory do?
- Carb Theory provides corporate meal delivery in Bangalore for offices, startups, and teams. We help companies organise fresh lunch, dinner, snacks, drinks, add-ons, catering, and custom meal plans without running an in-house kitchen.
- Who is Carb Theory best suited for?
- We are best suited for teams that need reliable daily office meals, trial meals before starting a plan, recurring lunch or dinner delivery, meeting catering, or healthier pantry add-ons for employees.
- How do I get trial meals for my office?
- We offer a one-week trial so your team can eat through a full menu rotation before committing. Request it through the Contact page with your team size, location, preferred meal slot and any dietary needs.
- Where can I see the menu?
- You can explore the current menu direction on the Menu page. For a tailored weekly menu, contact us with your team size and food preferences.
- Do you offer vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals?
- Yes. We can plan vegetarian, non-vegetarian, high-protein, balanced meal, thali-style, snack, and add-on options based on your team requirements.
- Can meals be customised for our team?
- Yes. Meal plans can be adjusted based on team size, spice preference, dietary restrictions, budget, preferred cuisines, delivery timing, and lunch or dinner requirements.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- Our standard corporate plan is designed for office teams and usually works best from 10 meals per team or more. For smaller teams, please contact us and we will confirm what is possible for your location.
- Which areas in Bangalore do you serve?
- We serve several corporate and residential areas across Bangalore, including major business zones listed on the About page. If your area is not listed, send us your office location and we will check feasibility.
- Do you deliver both lunch and dinner?
- Yes. Carb Theory can support lunch, dinner, or both meal slots depending on location, schedule, and order size.
- Can you handle corporate events and meetings?
- Yes. We support office events, workshops, meetings, training sessions, team lunches, celebrations, and custom catering requirements.
- Do you provide snacks, drinks, desserts, and add-ons?
- Yes. We offer office-friendly add-ons such as juices, protein shakes, snacks, desserts, fruits, wraps, egg boxes, and other extras. Add-ons are charged separately from the meal price, per item ordered. See the Add-ons page for the current direction.
- Are there delivery charges?
- Delivery is charged separately, between ₹100 and ₹300 per delivery to a single location, based on the order quantity and the distance from our kitchen. For nearby offices on a minimum order we usually waive it entirely.
- Is there a platform to manage meals and orders?
- Yes. Corporate accounts get access to our own ordering platform, where employees pick their meals and add-ons, and HR, admins and managers manage the team, track what has been ordered and pull the records they need for billing. - How is pricing decided?
- Pricing depends on meal type, quantity, delivery location, frequency, add-ons, and custom requirements. You can view starting points on the Pricing page and contact us for a custom quote.
- Can we start with a short-term plan before committing?
- Yes. Most teams begin with a one-week trial before moving into a recurring weekly or monthly plan. For a single company ordering more than 100 boxes a day, we ask for one month's notice, because we hire and equip specifically for that volume.
- How early should we place or modify orders?
- For daily corporate meal plans, changes should be shared as early as possible, ideally at least one business day in advance. Larger catering orders may need more notice.
- Can we pause or cancel a recurring meal plan?
- Yes. Change or pause the count by the previous evening and we cook to it, and you can stop at the end of any week. Accounts above 100 boxes a day are the exception — those need one month's notice, since we staff and equip specifically for that volume.
- How do you handle allergies and dietary restrictions?
- We ask teams to share allergy and dietary information before menu planning. We try to accommodate requirements where possible, but customers should inform us clearly before ordering.
- Are meals nutrition-focused?
- Yes. Our meals are planned around balanced portions, practical office-friendly energy, protein, carbs, fats, and freshness. You can read more on the Nutrition page.
- How do payments and billing work?
- We bill on a 15-day cycle against the meals actually delivered, with a consolidated GST invoice for your finance team. Company-paid, employee-paid and subsidised models are all supported, and we can sign a formal agreement where procurement requires one.
- What happens if there is an issue with an order?
