What's in your protein ball?
Dates, Cocoa protein powder, Almonds, Pistachios, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Dried figs, Butter.
Contains tree nuts (almond, pistachio) and milk (butter). Made in a kitchen that handles peanuts, gluten and soy.
Keeps for 7 days at room temperature in the sealed box, 3 weeks refrigerated.
Vegetarian. Not vegan (butter).

- How much protein is in each ball?
- About 6 g per 30 g ball, from cocoa protein powder, almonds, pistachios and seeds. A pack of 10 works out to roughly 60 g of protein.
- Are they sweetened?
- Only with dates and dried figs, which also bind the mix. There is no added sugar, jaggery, honey or syrup. The 7 g of sugar per ball is the natural fruit sugar.
- Do they need refrigeration?
- No. They keep for a week at room temperature in the box they arrive in, which is why they work as a desk or gym-bag snack. Refrigerated, they last about three weeks and firm up nicely.
- Where do you deliver?
- Across Bangalore only, for now. Orders placed before 6:30 p.m. are rolled that night and delivered the next day. We will open shipping to other cities once the packaging holds up to a courier week.
- Can we order these for the whole office?
- Yes. Teams on a Carb Theory meal plan can add protein balls to their daily delivery as an add-on. For a one-off bulk order (50+ packs), message us on WhatsApp and we will quote it as a single box.
- What if a pack arrives damaged?
- Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it on the next dispatch, no questions. Full terms are on the refund policy page.
