Corporate meal plans
For Bangalore offices
A useful office meal plan starts with who will actually eat, which days they attend and how finance will reconcile the bill. Build that brief before comparing menus or committing to a monthly budget.
Make office meals easier with Carb Theory
Bring your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack requirements into one office meal brief. Review our current menus, discuss dietary preferences and delivery windows, and explore employee meal ordering with our team. We can help you compare the right meal mix for your attendance and budget, then confirm pricing and delivery terms for your Bangalore office. Use the monthly office meal cost calculator to total each meal slot and delivery before you ask for a quote.
Choose a schedule before a package
List office days, public holidays and shift timings for the month. Separate daily lunch from early-shift breakfast, late-shift dinner and snacks. A 50-person office does not necessarily need 50 boxes at every service. Assign a coordinator for each location and confirm the delivery window, building access and handover point before agreeing a start date.
Build a realistic monthly budget
Calculate each slot separately: employees eating × service days × price per box. For example, 50 lunches across 22 days at an illustrative INR 150 per box equals INR 165,000. This is arithmetic, not a Carb Theory price offer. Add breakfast or dinner only for the people and days that need them. Ask whether a vendor's price includes packaging, delivery, tax and any menu upgrades, then compare quotes on the same basis.
Pick menus your team can use
Collect vegetarian, non-vegetarian, Jain and other dietary requests before finalising a rotation. Discuss allergy handling directly with the vendor rather than treating a menu label as an allergen guarantee. Review portion size, repetition and how boxes will be labelled at handover. Compare a representative week, including a busy office day, rather than selecting a plan from a single favourite dish.
Use trial meals to check the full service
Ask for current trial availability, price and duration in writing. During a trial, record delivery timing, packaging condition, portions, labelling and employee feedback. Include the person who distributes the meals as well as the people eating them. Agree how issues will be reported and resolved before recurring service starts. Confirm minimum quantities and notice periods for the actual schedule and location.
Agree billing, invoices and changes
Confirm the billing cycle, payment due date, purchase-order process and invoice recipient with finance. Ask the vendor to state applicable tax and delivery treatment on the quote; your finance team can confirm invoice requirements. Keep an approved count for every service and reconcile it with the delivery record. Write down the deadline for additions, reductions, pauses and cancellations, including holidays. Do not assume unused planned meals automatically become credits.
Send one clear brief to get started
Share your Bangalore office area, expected meal counts by slot, service days, preferred start date and dietary split. Include the delivery contact role, access restrictions and budget basis. Request a sample menu, trial proposal and written commercial terms together. Once approved, circulate the ordering deadline and escalation contact internally so employees, HR and finance work from the same plan.

- How do I estimate monthly corporate meal costs?
- Multiply headcount by service days and price per box for each meal slot, then add the slot totals and delivery charge per drop multiplied by the number of drops. Confirm tax and extras separately unless included in those prices.
- Can breakfast and dinner have different headcounts?
- Yes. The calculator accepts separate counts and days for every row, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Enter the attendance expected for that service.
